Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Opportunity Support: Assist in early-stage project detection and monitor the FEED (Front End Engineering Design) stage of potential projects.
Tendering Assistance: Support the senior sales team in preparing quotations, organizing tender documentation, and tracking progress.
Commercial Documentation: Help build value propositions and assist in the compilation of product qualification/homologation documents and techno-commercial offers under the guidance of the Product Line (PL) tendering team.
Customer Engagement: Accompany senior team members to customer meetings to learn the art of customer intimacy, relationship building, and contract clarification.
Market Research: Conduct basic market assessment tasks and competitor analysis to help the team define Commercial Action Plans.
Internal Collaboration: Assist in the hand-over process between Sales and Project Execution teams to ensure seamless project transition.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Electromechanical, Mechatronics, Power Systems, or Communication Engineering from an accredited university or college or a related field.
- Fresh graduates with up to 2 years of experience.
- High proficiency in English, Arabic native language is mandatory.
- Ability to travel when necessary within KSA and MEA region.
- The legal right to work in KSA without company sponsorship or time restriction.

- Strong academic record with a demonstrated interest in the Energy/Power sector.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivated, and a high degree of curiosity.
- Ability to work effectively in a multi-cultural, matrix organization
- Strong presentation skills, self-discipline and proactive mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
