Outsourcing Advantage is seeking organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused E-commerce Virtual Assistants to join its global talent pool.
The role supports online retailers with product listings, orders, inventory, customer service, and daily e-commerce store operations across multiple marketplaces.
Workplace
- The position is remote.
Key responsibilities
- Create, update, and optimize product listings across e-commerce platforms.
- Process customer orders and monitor order fulfillment.
- Respond to customer inquiries through email, chat, and marketplace messaging systems.
- Maintain accurate inventory levels and update product availability.
- Conduct product and competitor research to identify new opportunities.
- Process returns, exchanges, refunds, and customer claims.
- Generate sales, inventory, and performance reports.
- Monitor product pricing and marketplace compliance.
- Coordinate with suppliers, fulfillment centers, and internal teams as needed.
- Maintain accurate product information, images, and descriptions across all platforms.
