Role Overview
Outsourcing Advantage is seeking detail-oriented and analytical Construction Estimators and Project Coordinators for its remote talent pool.
The role supports construction companies with estimating, quantity takeoffs, project documentation, and project manager assistance throughout the construction lifecycle.
Workplace
- The role is remote and requires availability during Eastern Time business hours.
- Candidates must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates from project plans, specifications, and scope of work, and perform construction quantity takeoffs.
- Review blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Coordinate RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules, budgets, progress, and project records.
- Assist with planning, procurement, and coordination while communicating with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and internal teams.
- Research material and labor costs and complete estimates and documentation accurately and on schedule.
