Role Overview
Contract E-commerce Data & Catalog Specialist role supporting a client of the staffing company.
Manage and optimize product data to maintain accurate, consistent e-commerce catalogs.
Support catalog quality, sales performance, and customer experience improvements.
Location
- Remote role with work-from-anywhere arrangements.
Payout
- Compensation is $40-$50 per hour.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and cleanse product data to ensure accuracy and completeness in catalogs.
- Organize and structure product information for optimal searchability and presentation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve discrepancies and improve data quality.
- Implement and maintain data governance policies to ensure compliance with standards.
- Monitor and report on catalog performance metrics to identify trends and improvement areas.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with e-commerce platforms and catalog management systems.
- Proficiency in data analysis and cleansing techniques.
- Familiarity with product data standards such as GTIN, UPC, or ISBN.
- Ability to interpret and apply data governance policies.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Experience working with large datasets and identifying inconsistencies.
