Role Overview
The employer is seeking an experienced Amazon Vendor Central Specialist with strong hands-on knowledge.
The specialist will independently manage the complete Amazon Vendor account.
Amazon Operations
- Manage Amazon Vendor Central operations, listings, catalog, and account health.
- Resolve compliance, listing suppression, ASIN, catalog, and policy issues.
- Manage purchase orders, shipments, delivery appointments, rescheduling, and receiving issues.
- Handle payments, invoices, deductions, shortages, and financial disputes.
- Monitor and control product pricing and price changes.
Growth and Advertising
- Plan and execute strategies to increase sales and product visibility.
- Manage Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, and Display/DSP advertising.
- Manage and optimize A+ Content and product detail pages.
- Monitor sales, inventory, advertising performance, pricing, and overall account performance.
Account and Stakeholder Management
- Open, manage, escalate, and follow up on Amazon cases until resolution.
