About the Opportunity

  • We are launching a premium direct to consumer wellness brand built around a daily longevity supplement in a liquid dropper format.
  • The brand is already established in the UK, and we're now bringing it to the UAE.
  • We're looking for one operator to own the commercial side of that launch end to end: build the online store, acquire customers profitably, convert and retain them, and turn it into a thriving, scalable brand in a new market.

What You'll Own

  • Growth strategy & commercial ownership: end to end launch and scale plan, unit economics model, path to profitability, analytics and attribution.
  • Customer acquisition & performance marketing: plan, launch and scale paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and emerging channels; build organic/SEO foundations and influencer/affiliate/UGC programme.
  • Conversion & customer experience: build and continuously optimise the storefront (e.g. Shopify) and the full purchase journey; run A/B and landing page tests.
  • Retention, brand & operations: design subscription model and lifecycle programme (email/SMS via e.g. Klaviyo); own brand positioning and creative direction; keep fulfilment/3PL, inventory and margin scaling smoothly.

Must Have

  • Demonstrable track record of personally growing a DTC / e commerce store or brand with attributable results.
  • Hands on paid acquisition across at least Meta and Google (TikTok a strong plus).
  • Conversion rate optimisation experience: landing pages, product pages, checkout, A/B testing.
  • Storefront fluency, ideally Shopify, including apps and the wider tech stack.
  • Email/SMS and subscription/retention experience (e.g. Klaviyo) and grasp of LTV.
  • Strong commercial and analytical sense — comfortable owning CAC, ROAS, margin and a P&L view.
  • Self starter who can build from scratch with little structure.
  • Excellent written and spoken English; able to report clearly to a founder.

Strong Differentiators

  • Supplements, wellness, health, beauty or other regulated consumer categories.
  • UAE market experience, including supplement/food registration (Dubai Municipality / MOHAP) and local e commerce, payment and fulfilment know how.
  • Advertising claims compliance knowledge (ASA/CAP, MHRA, FTC, FDA/DSHEA).
  • Subscription first / replenishment product experience; influencer, affiliate and UGC programme building.
  • Zero to launch experience (not just optimising mature accounts); marketplace (Amazon) alongside owned DTC.
  • Certifications: Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, GA4, Shopify, CRO (e.g. CXL), Klaviyo.
