E-commerce Customer Service cum Cashier

We are looking for an E-commerce Sales & Customer Service staff member to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have experience handling online customers, processing orders, and working with e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Noon, Shopify and other online marketplaces.

• Handle customer inquiries through WhatsApp, phone, and online platforms.
• Process and follow up on online orders.
• Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, refunds, and complaints.
• Follow up with customers to support sales and increase conversions.
• Manage and update orders on Amazon, Noon, and other e-commerce platforms.
• Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to ensure orders are completed properly.
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.
• Maintain accurate records of orders, sales, and customer requests.

• Previous experience in e-commerce sales or customer service is preferred.
• Experience with Amazon, Noon, or other e-commerce platforms is an advantage.
• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• Good sales and negotiation skills.
• Able to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
• Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn.

Pay: Up to AED2,600.00 per month
