Al Dewan Pharmacy is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive E-Commerce Coordinator to manage and support our online sales operations.
The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience in e-commerce and a strong understanding of online retail platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings (descriptions, pricing, images) across e-commerce platforms
Monitor website performance, inventory levels, and order processing
Coordinate with marketing teams for online promotions and campaigns
Handle customer inquiries and ensure a smooth online shopping experience
Track sales performance and prepare basic reports
Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce Marketplace or a similar role
Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, Noon etc.)
Basic knowledge of Marketplace and online sales strategies
Strong organizational and communication skills
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel preferred)
