**Al Dewan Pharmacy** is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **E-Commerce Coordinator** to manage and support our online sales operations.
We are specifically looking for experienced **candidates** to join our growing team in the digital retail space.
The ideal candidate should have at least one year of experience in e-commerce and a strong understanding of online retail platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and update product listings (descriptions, pricing, images) across e-commerce platforms
Monitor website performance, inventory levels, and order processing
Coordinate with marketing teams for online promotions and campaigns
Handle customer inquiries and ensure a smooth online shopping experience
Track sales performance and prepare basic reports
Ensure accuracy and consistency of product information
Requirements
- **Experience:** Minimum 1 year of experience in an E-commerce Marketplace or similar role.
- **Platform Knowledge:** Familiarity with platforms such as **Noon, Amazon, and Shopify**.
- **Skills:** Strong organizational and communication skills with proficiency in **MS Office (Excel preferred)**.
- **Strategy:** Basic knowledge of Marketplace dynamics and online sales strategies.
