Role Overview
Revalsys Technologies is hiring an E-commerce Business Analyst – Project Coordinator to understand business requirements, interact with clients, coordinate technical teams, and manage e-commerce projects.
The role requires hands-on experience with e-commerce or retail applications and familiarity with catalog, search, cart, checkout, payments, orders, inventory, shipping, customer management, and integrations.
The position is in the Information Technology department and is full-time.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather requirements through client interactions, workshops, stakeholder meetings, and process discussions.
- Analyze processes and identify improvement and automation opportunities.
- Prepare BRDs, FRDs, user stories, functional specifications, process flows, and project documentation.
- Document workflows for catalog, search, cart, checkout, payments, orders, inventory, shipping, returns, refunds, and customer management.
- Coordinate with development, QA, product, UI/UX, and other technical teams.
- Manage project tasks, timelines, deliverables, dependencies, risks, issues, and team coordination.
- Coordinate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Conduct client demos, presentations, walkthroughs, and project status meetings.
