Job Description
Manage client interactions, business requirements, projects, and coordination with technical teams.
Support requirement gathering, project management, Scrum coordination, client demos, stakeholder management, and team coordination.
Work with APIs, databases, system integrations, and modern business technologies.
Experience and Requirements
- At least two years of experience in a relevant field.
- Strong business analysis and project coordination experience.
- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent client communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong project management and team coordination abilities.
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar tools.
- Knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, and system integrations.
- Hands-on experience with SQL queries and databases.
- Knowledge of data storytelling and advanced BI concepts.
- Hands-on experience with AI-powered productivity, business analysis, automation, and project management tools.
- Ability to use AI tools for documentation, workflow optimization, reporting, task management, and process improvement.
