Role Overview
The Dynamics 365 Power Platform Developer designs, develops, and implements Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions to meet business requirements.
The role works with business stakeholders, IT teams, developers, business analysts, and project managers to deliver CRM projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop custom solutions where appropriate and use Power Platform capabilities to fulfil business requirements.
- Integrate Dynamics CRM with internal and external systems.
- Support user acceptance testing and deploy solutions using repeatable CI/CD protocols.
- Support and maintain existing CRM solutions, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
- Health-check Dynamics environments and gather appropriate analytics.
- Maintain knowledge of wave releases and advise stakeholders about upcoming changes.
- Create and maintain design specifications, test plans, user guides, and other technical documentation.
- Gather requirements and provide technical expertise to business analysts, project managers, and other stakeholders.
Experience and Technical Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience developing and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Power Platform solutions.
- Experience across Customer Engagement, including Sales and Customer Insights, as a minimum.
