Role Overview
FRP Advisory is seeking an Assistant Manager for its Restructuring Advisory team.
The role involves ownership of a portfolio of corporate insolvency cases and leadership of smaller engagements.
The position includes case delivery, stakeholder management, team supervision, and business development support.
Case Management
- Manage corporate insolvency cases including trading and pre-pack administrations, CVLs, CVAs, liquidations, and bankruptcies.
- Lead smaller CVL, MVL, and pre-pack administration engagements from cradle to grave.
- Lead case planning, strategy, and execution with minimal supervision.
- Ensure statutory deadlines and regulatory requirements are met.
Technical and Financial Duties
- Interpret UK insolvency legislation concerning retention of title, fee or proposal approvals, and employee claims from insolvent estates.
- Draft high-quality reports, statutory documents, and correspondence.
- Complete VAT and Corporation Tax filing requirements.
- Prepare cash flow forecasts, statements of affairs, and estimated outcome statements.
- Oversee asset realisation strategies, maximise recoveries, and monitor fee drawdowns.
