Position Purpose
The position designs, develops, and remediates technical and architecture-related business applications for Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
The role is based in Bangalore and requires 9–12 years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop application components using various technologies and frameworks.
- Work in an agile environment and participate in agile rituals.
- Support junior developers’ technical growth and contribute to developer communities.
- Contribute to Real Estate IT strategy and coordinate with technical teams.
- Define technical standards, estimate workloads, support quality assurance, and implement toolchains.
- Contribute to team training, incident and change management, scheduling, reporting, and process implementation.
Technical Competencies
- Expert experience with Dynamics 365 Online, On-Premise, customization, and configuration.
