The Opportunity
We're looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Experience Change Manager to join us on a 12-month Fixed Term Contract , leading the people side of technology transformation across our digital workplace environment. In this role, you'll drive change, communications, engagement and adoption initiatives that help employees embrace new ways of working and maximise the value of workplace technologies.
Working closely with technology, business and stakeholder groups, you'll translate complex technology changes into clear, engaging experiences that improve digital capability, productivity and employee experience. You'll play a key role in the successful adoption of Microsoft 365, Copilot, SharePoint Online, Teams, Power Platform and future digital workplace initiatives, ensuring change is effectively embedded and benefits are realised across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and delivery of change management strategies, readiness plans and adoption activities for digital workplace initiatives.
- Assess change impacts, stakeholder needs, adoption risks and business readiness to support successful implementation outcomes.
- Design and execute communication and engagement strategies, including executive communications, leadership messaging, intranet content and awareness campaigns.
