Duties
- Supervise on-ground staff during shifts.
- Respond promptly to emergencies and service disruptions.
- Report incidents and escalate issues as necessary.
- Ensure compliance with airport regulations and safety protocols.
- Maintain shift logs and reports.
- Train supervisors and cleaners and conduct daily briefings.
- Attend to client escalations.
- Report service-level agreement failures to management.
- Track monthly achievements.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person.
Requirements
- Ability to supervise on-ground staff during shifts.
- Ability to respond promptly to emergencies and service disruptions.
- Ability to ensure compliance with airport regulations and safety protocols.
