Role Overview
Admin Coordinator supporting site teams through HR, finance, procurement, QHSE, IT, commercial, and general administrative coordination.
Work location is in person.
New Employee Onboarding
- Manage candidate screening and organize final-round interviews.
- Facilitate company identification and medical card issuance for site personnel through HR.
- Coordinate email setup for new staff with HR and IT.
Manpower and Personnel Administration
- Liaise with HR regarding personnel requests and promotions.
- Manage temporary staff arrangements and internal employee transfers.
- Process site documentation for promotions, leave requests, clearances, and resignations.
- Process and track leave applications after reception logging.
Timesheets and Clearances
- Create departmental timesheets using biometric data and overtime documentation.
- Maintain current manpower records with the service delivery team.
- Process clearances, duty resumption requests, and passport requests through HR.
- Manage resignation procedures and obtain clearance signatures from IT, Finance, Store, and HR.
