Role Overview
Radisson Dubai Damac Hills is seeking a Duty Manager for its Front Office team.
The role focuses on responsibility, exceptional service, and a seamless and secure guest experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guests are treated efficiently and courteously while Radisson standards are met.
- Train, coach, and mentor new joiners.
- Ensure Front Office quality standards, policies, and procedures are consistently followed.
- Coordinate with other departments to improve communication and guest satisfaction.
- Assist with daily room inventory maintenance to optimize revenue and guest experience.
- Supervise concierge, one-touch service, and front desk activities and service levels.
- Manage Radisson Rewards membership and ensure appropriate recognition of members.
- Drive brand-standard programs through team training and initiatives.
- Drive the Front Desk upselling program.
- Maintain communication and working relationships with hotel departments.
- Liaise with the AFOM on staffing and performance levels.
