Warehouse & Sales Operations Assistant (Garments Trading)

About The Role
We are a growing garments trading company dealing in baby, men’s, and women’s clothing.
We are looking for a reliable and hands-on Warehouse & Sales Operations Assistant to manage daily warehouse activities and assist with customer visits at our location.
This role combines warehouse organization, inventory handling, and customer-facing support in a fast-moving trading environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, unpack, and organize incoming clothing stock
- Sort and manage mixed sizes and categories (baby, men’s, and women’s wear)
- Maintain organized inventory and stock system
- Prepare and display stock for walk-in customers and wholesale buyers
- Assist customers by showing available products and helping with selection
- Pack and prepare orders for dispatch
- Maintain a clean and well-organized warehouse/showroom space
- Support basic logistics and stock movement tasks
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse, retail, or clothing handling preferred
- Ability to manage mixed-size clothing inventory is an advantage
- Comfortable interacting with customers and showing products
- Basic English communication skills
- Responsible, punctual, and trustworthy
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
