Job Summary
The employer is seeking an experienced Glass & Aluminium Supervisor for glass and aluminium projects.
The role oversees site installation, fabrication, manpower, and daily operations and coordinates with clients, consultants, and contractors.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise glass and aluminium installation and fabrication works at project sites.
- Read and interpret shop drawings, architectural drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate daily activities with site engineers, contractors, consultants, and clients.
- Manage workers, installers, and subcontractors and allocate daily tasks.
- Monitor installation quality, measurements, materials, and project progress.
- Ensure work follows approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
- Conduct site measurements and coordinate material requirements.
- Monitor aluminium doors, windows, curtain walls, shopfronts, glass partitions, and related systems.
- Identify and resolve site installation and technical issues.
- Prepare daily progress reports and communicate project requirements to management.
- Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper storage and handling.
- Ensure UAE health, safety, and site regulations are followed and supervise multiple sites when required.
