Job Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accountant to join our team in the UAE.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of UAE accounting experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Strong knowledge of Tally Prime, Zoho Books, and Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Good understanding of UAE VAT regulations and accounting principles
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate financial records and accounting entries
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable
- Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow
- Prepare and file VAT returns in compliance with UAE regulations
- Process invoices, payments, and expense reports
- Reconcile supplier and customer accounts
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
- Maintain proper documentation of financial transactions
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial information
- Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
