Responsibilities

  • Key Responsibilities :
  • Own end-to-end CI lifecycle and maintain CI data health
  • Define and implement CSDM framework across business applications and services
  • Lead ServiceNow Discovery and integrations with infrastructure/cloud systems
  • Establish CMDB governance, KPIs, and data certification processes
  • Guide service mapping and CI class model alignment with business capabilities

Qualifications

  • Experience : 10-14years Education : Bachelor’s in IT, Engineering, or related field Certifications : CSA, CIS–Discovery, and CSDM training preferred Communication Skills : Clear communication across technical and business stakeholders, strong documentation ability
