Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize Demand Responsive Transport (DRT) operations
- Develop and manage DRT operational strategies including service zones, routing logic, scheduling, and fleet utilization
- Oversee integration of DRT services with bus operations, AVM systems, and passenger information platforms
- Monitor operational performance, KPIs, and service quality ensuring compliance with contractual requirements
- Analyze ridership patterns, demand data, and service performance to improve efficiency and customer experience
- Coordinate with technology providers to ensure effective operation of DRT platforms, algorithms, and mobile applications
- Support customer communication and service awareness including service guidelines, booking processes, and real time updates
- Collaborate with stakeholders and operators to ensure seamless multimodal integration and continuous service improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Transport Planning, Engineering, Operations Management, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 8 12 years of experience in public transport operations with DRT or on demand mobility services
- Strong understanding of DRT systems, routing algorithms, and scheduling optimization tools
- Experience with ITS integration including AVM, passenger information systems, and digital platforms
- Proven ability to analyze operational data, KPIs, and service performance metrics
- Experience working with technology vendors and platform providers in mobility or smart transport systems
- Knowledge of urban mobility concepts, multimodal integration, and customer focused service design
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills in multi disciplinary and multicultural environments
