- Assisting with the design and development of drone platforms
- Building and testing prototype aircraft
- Supporting mechanical, electrical, and software integration
- Assisting with flight testing and data collection
- Troubleshooting hardware and system-level issues
- Supporting manufacturing process improvements
- Assisting with CAD models, engineering documentation, and BOM updates
- Integrating sensors, payloads, cameras, communications equipment, and accessories
- Supporting internal software tools, automation, or AI-powered engineering workflows
- Working alongside engineering, production, and flight operations teams
- Pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related technical field
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with tools and hands-on equipment
- Curious, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- CAD (SolidWorks, Fusion 360, or similar)
- Electronics and soldering
- Embedded systems or microcontrollers
- JavaScript, Python, or C++
- React or web application development
- AI-assisted development tools (Claude, Codex, Cursor, Windsurf, etc.)
- Robotics or autonomous systems
- 3D printing
- Drone building or FPV experience
