Role Overview
MMJ is hiring a Driver Cum Assistant to support field employees and fire and safety service operations.
The role includes driving, site assistance, emergency callout support, and material delivery duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Transport field technicians and employees to and from project sites and company locations.
- Attend emergency callouts and provide transportation and field support.
- Support technicians during fire alarm, firefighting system, and other fire and safety activities.
- Provide general site assistance to the field team.
- Deliver and collect materials, tools, equipment, and spare parts.
- Keep company vehicles clean, safe, and properly maintained.
- Load and unload materials and equipment.
- Follow schedules and respond promptly to urgent requirements.
- Provide additional operational support to the team as required.
Requirements
- Valid driving license.
- Good driving experience and knowledge of local roads.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including emergency callouts.
- Physical fitness for site work and material handling.
- Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious work approach.
- Previous fire and safety, MEP, maintenance, or similar experience is advantageous.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
Compensation
- Pay is up to AED 2,500 per month.
Work Location
- Work is performed in person and includes project-site and field activities.
