Parsons is seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Driver with a minimum of 4-5 years of professional driving experience to transport personnel, products, materials, or equipment safely and efficiently.
The company will provide an SUV for use during work-related driving.
The ideal candidate will have excellent knowledge of local roads, strong time-management skills, and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe driving record.
What you'll be doing:
Safely operate the company-provided SUV in compliance with all traffic laws and safety regulations.
Transport personnel, products, materials, or equipment to designated locations.
Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
Maintain accurate records, including mileage, fuel usage, deliveries, and vehicle inspections.
Follow assigned routes and schedules while meeting deadlines.
Assist with loading and unloading items as required.
Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of the company-provided SUV.
Use the vehicle responsibly and only for authorized business purposes.
Provide professional and courteous service to customers, clients, employees, and vendors.
Report accidents, traffic violations, vehicle damage, or other incidents immediately.
Perform other duties as assigned.
What required skills you'll bring:
Minimum 3 years of professional driving experience.
Valid driver’s license.
Clean driving record.
A motor vehicle record will be verified prior to hire.
Strong knowledge of local and regional roads.
Ability to follow directions, schedules, and safety procedures.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to communicate effectively and work independently.
Ability to safely operate an SUV in various traffic and weather conditions.
