Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site Driver / PRO role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
The role combines safe company-vehicle operation with document transport, client support, and government and regulatory process assistance.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company vehicles to transport documents, materials, and clients between government offices, business locations, and designated sites.
- Manage and submit official paperwork and support renewals, approvals, clearances, and other government procedures.
- Plan routes, coordinate schedules, maintain vehicle cleanliness, and complete basic vehicle upkeep.
- Provide courteous client assistance and communicate with internal teams and external authorities.
Qualifications
- Strong truck driving capability and experience operating trucks safely.
- Valid CDL Class A or equivalent UAE heavy vehicle license, if required for the role.
- Effective communication and customer service skills for working with clients, colleagues, and government officials.
- Knowledge of Dubai roads and traffic regulations, a clean driving record, and adherence to safety standards.
- Basic administrative and documentation skills for handling forms, applications, and government procedures.
- Relevant UAE PRO, government relations, or business setup experience is highly beneficial.
- English communication is required; Arabic or additional languages are advantageous.
