Position Summary

Transport hotel guests to and from assigned destinations using a property limousine or van.

Document trips, inspect and care for property vehicles, and report vehicle incidents or maintenance needs.

Core Responsibilities

  • Document each trip before departure and after completion, and park the vehicle in its designated location.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness, check tire pressure and fluid levels, and refuel as needed.
  • Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, and vehicle incidents to the appropriate manager or supervisor.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and provide professional service.
  • Follow company policies, protect company assets, maintain confidentiality, and comply with quality assurance standards.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues, use electronic communication devices when needed, and maintain positive working relationships.

Required Qualifications

  • A valid driver’s license is required.
  • No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
  • The role requires the ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods and move across uneven or slippery surfaces.
  • The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds independently and more than 75 pounds with assistance.

Preferred Qualification

  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.

Schedule

  • The position is full time.

Workplace

  • The role is based at the hotel property and uses property vehicles for guest transportation.
  • The position is not remote.
