Position Summary

Transport guests to and from assigned destinations using a property vehicle.

Document trips before departure and at the conclusion of each trip.

Inspect, maintain, refuel, and safely park property vehicles.

Vehicle and Incident Duties

  • Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness.
  • Check tire pressure and fluid levels and refuel as necessary.
  • Notify appropriate personnel of vehicle maintenance needs.
  • Document vehicle incidents and provide reports to a manager or supervisor.
  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions.

Guest Service and Workplace Duties

  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
  • Anticipate and address guest service needs and assist individuals with disabilities.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and employees using electronic devices.
  • Maintain positive working relationships and comply with quality assurance standards.
  • Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.

Required Qualification

  • A valid driver’s license is required.

Physical Requirements

  • Read and visually verify information in various formats.
  • Inspect tools, equipment, and machines to identify defects.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
  • Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds independently and more than 75 pounds with assistance.
  • Move over sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and up and down stairs or service ramps.
