Position Summary

Transport hotel guests to and from assigned destinations using a property limousine or van.

Support guest service while operating and maintaining property vehicles.

Vehicle Operations

  • Document each trip before it begins and after it concludes.
  • Park the property vehicle in its designated location when not in use.
  • Inspect property vehicles for damage and cleanliness.
  • Check tire pressure and fluid levels and refuel vehicles as necessary.
  • Report vehicle maintenance needs to appropriate personnel.
  • Document vehicle incidents and provide reports to a manager or supervisor.

Guest Service and Communication

  • Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
  • Anticipate and address guest service needs and assist individuals with disabilities.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and employees using electronic devices such as pagers, two-way radios, and email.
  • Develop positive working relationships and comply with quality assurance expectations.

Safety and Work Conditions

  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to a manager.
  • Complete required safety training and certifications.
  • Maintain a clean and professional uniform and personal appearance.
  • Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods or an entire work shift.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects up to 50 pounds independently and over 75 pounds with assistance.
  • Move across uneven or slippery surfaces, stairs, and service ramps and perform frequent bending, twisting, reaching, and stooping.

Qualifications

  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience is required.
  • No supervisory experience is required.
