Position Summary

Transport hotel guests to and from assigned destinations using a property limousine or van.

This is a full-time, non-management position in Rooms & Guest Services Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Document trips before departure and after completion, and park the vehicle in its designated location.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness, check tire pressure and fluid levels, and refuel as needed.
  • Report vehicle maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, unsafe conditions, and other vehicle incidents.
  • Welcome guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain professional communication.
  • Follow company policies, protect company assets and confidential information, and meet quality standards.
  • Stand, walk, lift, carry, push, pull, bend, and move across uneven surfaces, stairs, and service ramps.
  • Perform other reasonable duties requested by supervisors.

Qualifications

  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • A high school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
  • Complete required safety training and certifications.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance.

Schedule and Workplace

  • The schedule is full time.
  • The role is based at the property in Doha and is not remote.
  • The position involves operating and maintaining hotel vehicles and serving guests on site.
