Position Summary
Transport guests to and from assigned destinations using a property vehicle.
The role is full time, non-management, and not remote.
The position is part of Rooms and Guest Services Operations.
Core Responsibilities
- Document all trips before departure and after each trip.
- Park property vehicles in designated locations when not in use.
- Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness.
- Check tire pressure and fluid levels and refuel as necessary.
- Report vehicle maintenance needs to appropriate personnel.
- Document vehicle incidents and provide reports to a manager or supervisor.
- Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe working conditions.
- Follow company safety policies, procedures, training, and certification requirements.
- Maintain a clean, professional uniform and appearance.
- Protect confidential information and company assets.
- Welcome guests, address service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and express appreciation.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and meet quality assurance standards.
Qualifications
- A valid driver's license is required.
- A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.
- Required safety training and certifications must be completed.
- The role requires lifting up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier objects with assistance.
- The role requires standing, sitting, walking, bending, reaching, and navigating uneven surfaces, stairs, and service ramps.
Workplace and Physical Demands
- The role requires operating a property vehicle and responding to guest transportation needs at assigned destinations.
- The position involves extended periods of standing, sitting, or walking and frequent manual and gross motor activity.
- The role requires visual inspection of vehicles, tools, equipment, and machinery.
