Position Summary

Transport guests to and from assigned destinations using a property limousine or van.

The position is full time, non-management, and based in Rooms and Guest Services Operations.

Transportation and Vehicle Care

  • Document all trips before departure and at the conclusion of each trip.
  • Park the vehicle in the designated location when it is not in use.
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and cleanliness, check tire pressure and fluid levels, and refuel as needed.
  • Report vehicle maintenance needs and document damage or accident incidents for management.

Guest Service and Safety

  • Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions and complete safety training and certifications.
  • Follow company policies, maintain a clean professional appearance, protect confidential information, and safeguard company assets.
  • Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipate service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and provide appreciation.
  • Communicate professionally with guests and employees using radios, pagers, email, and other electronic devices.
  • Maintain positive working relationships and comply with quality-assurance expectations.

Physical Requirements

  • The role requires extended standing, sitting, or walking and movement across sloping, uneven, or slippery surfaces and stairs.
  • The role requires lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds without assistance and over 75 pounds with assistance.
  • The role requires bending, twisting, stooping, reaching, and continual manual and gross motor dexterity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
  • No related work experience or supervisory experience is required.

Work Schedule

  • The schedule is full time, and the position is not remote.
