Job Description
- Seeking a passionate and dynamic hotel Driver to deliver extraordinary customer service.
- Position based at Al Bandar Rotana & Al Bandar Arjaan By Rotana.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure guests are greeted upon arrival.
- Open car doors for arriving and departing guests and escort them to the lobby.
- Maintain up to date knowledge of hotel services and supply information.
- Ensure effective handover is done, gaining information from earlier shift.
- Forward all guest complaints or problems to the manager on duty.
- Perform any trips and drives with the hotel car/bus as requested.
- Control all guests’ car keys.
- Ensure effective handover to night shift.
- Establish, promote and maintain good public relations.
- Maintain parking spaces and key cabinet cleanliness.
- Ensure airport/crew transportation flow is maintained effectively.
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
- Vocational training in hospitality field preferred.
- Previous experiences in Front Office/Transportation field.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Valid local Driving License (Heavy Bus/Truck).
- Well versed with country traffic laws.

- Well presented, outgoing and friendly attitude.
- Proactive and ‘switched on’ person with hands on and flexible approach.
- Able to adapt to unpredictable events.
