- Collect and deliver samples from suppliers or clients
- Ensure safe loading and unloading of materials
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness and interior
- Ensure timely vehicle services and maintenance
- Prepare and submit daily trip sheet details
- Keep mileage and repair records up to date
- Ensure health and safety measures
Requirements
- Valid driving license
- Knowledge of RTA rules and regulations
- Ability to load and unload materials safely
- Presentable, hygienic, and respectful of UAE dress code

Key Responsibilities
- From time to time, pick up and drop off employees at various sites and camps as per the company’s transportation requirements.
- Responsible for local purchases, material collections, etc., from various suppliers.
- Responsible for collecting the original invoice, delivery note, etc., on time from suppliers and clients.
- Responsible for collecting the samples from various suppliers or clients and delivery.
- The driver is responsible for the safe loading and unloading of the raw materials, semi finished or finished materials.
- The driver should stay at the time of loading and unloading to make sure the materials are loading/unloading safely. If any damage is caused, the driver is only responsible.
- Responsible for maintaining the vehicle and interiors neat and clean.
- Responsible for timely vehicle services and maintenance.
- Responsible for preparing and submitting the daily trip sheet details.
- Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.
- Responsible for submitting the weekly report, including Service, Maintenance, Traffic Fines, Accidents, if any, etc.
- Responsible for the intimate and following the admin department for timely renewals of the vehicle documents example Mulkia, Insurance, etc.
