About the Role
Bros Mastermind Events Dubai seeks two drivers to manage company vehicles, perform pick-ups and deliveries, and ensure vehicle maintenance. Candidates must have a UAE manual driving license and 2-3 years of experience driving a 3-ton pick-up.

Responsibilities
- Pick up and drop employees to various sites and camp as per company's transportation requirements
- Responsible for local purchases, material collections etc. from various suppliers
- Collect original invoices, delivery notes etc. from suppliers and clients
- Collect samples from various suppliers or clients and deliver
- Safe loading and unloading of raw materials, semi finished or finished materials
- Maintain vehicle and interiors neat and clean
- Ensure timely vehicle services and maintenance
- Prepare and submit daily trip sheet details
- Ensure vehicle is always fueled and ready for use
- Submit weekly report including Service, Maintenance, Traffic Fines, Accidents if any
- Follow up for timely renewals of vehicle documents (Mulkia, Insurance etc.)
- Keep mileage records and repair records up to date
Requirements
- High school diploma
- UAE manual driving license
- Previous work experience as a driver
- Must have experience driving 3 ton Pick Up for 2 3 years
- Excellent navigation skills and proficiency in using navigation applications
- Time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- English language proficiency

Position Overview
- Driver (2 positions)
- Responsible for all company vehicles, mechanics, cleanliness, and ensuring all purchases and trips follow company rules.
Salary & Experience
- Salary: AED2500 AED2800 Heavy vehicle as per the UAE experience
- Experience: All candidates must have experience in UAE
- Educational Qualification: Highschool Diploma + UAE manual driving license
Key Responsibilities
- Time to time Pick and Drop of employees to various sites and camp as per company's transportation requirements.
- Responsible for local purchases, material collections etc. from various suppliers.
- Responsible for collecting the original invoice, delivery note etc. on time from suppliers and clients.
- Responsible for collecting the samples from various suppliers or clients and delivery.
- Driver is responsible for the safe loading and unloading of the raw materials, semi finished or finished materials.
- Driver should stay at the time of loading and unloading to make sure the materials are loading / unloading safely.
- Responsible for maintaining the vehicle and interiors neat and clean.
- Responsible for timely vehicle services and maintenance.
- Responsible for preparing and submitting the daily trip sheet details.
- Ensure that the vehicle is always fueled and ready for use.
- Responsible for submitting the weekly report including Service, Maintenance, Traffic Fines, Accidents if any etc.
- Responsible for intimate and follow the admin department for timely renewals of the vehicle documents example Mulkia, Insurance etc.
Required Skills & Experience
- Must have experience driving 3 ton Pick Up for 2 3 years.
- Able to work well within a team based environment.
- Prepare and submit the trip sheet, service reports etc. on time.
- Multi tasking, self motivated, energetic team player with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
- Excellent navigation skills and proficiency in using navigation applications to find delivery locations.
- Time management and organizational skills to keep track of deliveries and stay on schedule.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients.
