Responsibilities
- Safely transport the Partner to meetings, events, airports, residences, and other destinations
- Plan the most efficient travel routes, taking traffic conditions and scheduling into consideration
- Maintain flexibility to accommodate changes to the Partner's schedule at short notice
- Ensure punctual arrivals and departures at all times
- Assist with luggage, packages, and personal belongings when required
- Maintain the assigned vehicle(s) in excellent condition, ensuring cleanliness both inside and out
- Conduct routine vehicle inspections and arrange servicing, repairs, registration renewals, and insurance requirements
- Monitor fuel levels, tire pressure, and overall vehicle performance
- Keep accurate records of maintenance, servicing, mileage, and fuel usage
- Maintain the highest level of discretion regarding the Partner's business and personal matters
Requirements
- Valid UAE driving licence with an excellent driving record
- Minimum 5 years' professional driving experience, preferably as a personal, executive, or VIP driver
- Strong knowledge of UAE roads, traffic regulations, and major destinations
- Defensive driving certification is an advantage
- Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge
- Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, weekends, and public holidays

Job Summary
