Job Summary
Support daily rent-a-car operations through vehicle movement, customer service, desk handling, and basic administration.
Coordinate between customers, fleet, and management to support smooth rental operations.
Role Details
- Department: Operations and Customer Service.
- Reports to the Branch Supervisor or Operations Manager.
- Location: UAE.
- Work is performed in person.
Employment and Pay
- Employment type is full-time.
- Pay is AED 3,000–AED 3,500 per month.
Driving and Fleet Handling
- Drive rental vehicles for customer pickup, drop-off, delivery, and recovery.
- Transfer vehicles between branches, garages, and customer locations.
- Ensure vehicles are clean, fueled, and ready for rental.
- Report accidents, damage, or mechanical issues immediately.
- Follow UAE traffic laws and company safety policies.
