About the Role
Inkmar seeks a Driver cum Purchaser to handle pickup and delivery, product inspection, packaging, and coordination with the purchase manager. You will also manage overseas dispatch, vehicle maintenance, and invoice management.

Responsibilities
- Collect items from vendors and deliver them to customers promptly
- Verify product quality and quantity against specifications
- Place product in company packaging before delivery
- Work closely with Purchase Manager to streamline logistics
- Optimize delivery schedules to eliminate wastage
- Relay last minute updates from vendors accurately
- Maintain file of all invoices and share with Accounts team weekly
- Confirm proper packaging for overseas shipments and obtain documentation
- Inform Customer Service Executive if deliveries cannot be completed
- Ensure company vehicle is clean and oversee timely servicing
- Keep vehicle free of damages and follow lane discipline for safety
Requirements
- 1 2 years of experience
- Both Manual and automatic license are mandatory
- Own Visa (Required)

Roles and Responsibilities
- Pickup and Delivery: Collect items from vendors and deliver them to customers promptly.
- Product Inspection: Verify product quality and quantity against the specifications confirmed by the customer.
- Packaging: Before delivering to the customer, place the product in HUMD packaging.
- Coordination with Purchase Manager: Work closely with the Purchase Manager to streamline the logistics process.
- Scheduling Deliveries: Optimize delivery schedules to eliminate unnecessary wastage of time and resources.
- Vendor Communication: Relay last minute updates or critical information from vendors accurately.
- Invoice Management: Maintain a file of all invoices related to pickups and deliveries; share with Accounts team weekly.
- Overseas Dispatch: Confirm proper packaging for overseas shipments; deliver to courier and obtain documentation.
- Customer Communication: Inform the Customer Service Executive promptly if deliveries cannot be completed.
- Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the company vehicle is clean at all times; oversee timely servicing.
- Safety: Keep vehicle free of damages; follow lane discipline for safety of products and travellers.

- Experience: 1 2 Years.
- Salary: up to 3000 3500 AED.
- Both Manual and automatic license are mandatory.
