Overview
- Respond promptly to inquiries via email, WhatsApp, phone, or chat.
- Address customer queries and provide accurate information about products and services.
- Coordinate with designers, production teams, and vendors to ensure order accuracy.
- Update customers on order status, delays, or additional requirements.
- Escalate unresolved issues or inquiries from clients to the sales team.
- Share quotations upon customer request.
- Share the final tax invoice either after customer payment or before, upon request.
- Take feedback from the customer regarding products and services.
- Resolve any discrepancies at the earliest.
- Maintain good relations with customers post-sale
- Pay: Up to AED4,000.00 per month
