- Plan and coordinate packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking activities
- Ensure proper wrapping, packing, and securing of items to prevent damage
- Handle furniture dismantling and reinstallation when required
- Assign tasks to team members and ensure timely completion of jobs
- Communicate professionally with customers and address concerns promptly
- Resolve site related issues and report updates to the operations team
- Ensure tools, equipment, and materials are properly used and maintained
- Follow all safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
- Minimum 1 2 years of experience in the moving industry
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Basic English communication skills
- Knowledge of professional packing standards and safe handling procedures

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

- Knowledge of professional packing standards and safe handling procedures
