Driver

We are seeking for a reliable, punctual, and professional Driver to join our administrative team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe transportation of clinic staffs and essential dental supplies or documents across Abu Dhabi.

As a representative of the clinic, the driver must maintain a high standard of professionalism, ensure vehicle safety, and possess excellent knowledge of local traffic routes.

• Safely transport clinic staffs, management, or visiting medical professionals to and from designated locations.
• Deliver and collect medical items, including dental lab cases, medical supplies, and administrative documents to partner laboratories, the Department of Health (DOH), and other local authorities.
• Assist with daily clinic errands, including bank deposits, post office runs, and purchasing emergency supplies.

• Maintain the clinic vehicle in pristine condition, ensuring it is clean both inside and out at all times.
• Conduct daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections (checking oil, water, battery, brakes, and tires).
• Schedule and oversee routine maintenance, servicing, and vehicle registration renewals.
• Strictly adhere to UAE traffic laws and Abu Dhabi specific transportation regulations.

• Maintain accurate mileage logs, fuel consumption records, and maintenance receipts.
• Assist the administrative and marketing teams with transporting promotional materials for local events or campaigns.
• Provide basic logistical support within the clinic during downtime.

• Licensing: Valid UAE light vehicle "MANUAL" driving license with a completely clean driving record.
• Experience: Minimum of 2–3 years of professional driving experience in the UAE, preferably within the healthcare, corporate, or hospitality sectors.
• Navigation: Excellent spatial awareness and deep familiarity with Abu Dhabi roads, neighborhoods, and government office locations.
• Language Skills: Proficient in spoken English; ability to speak Arabic is a strong advantage for patient and vendor communication.
• Personal Attributes: Highly punctual, discreet, well-groomed, and capable of maintaining patient confidentiality at all times.

• Standard clinic operating hours, with occasional evening or weekend availability required based on clinic emergencies or special events.
• Physical ability to lift and carry moderate loads (e.g., boxes of dental supplies or marketing materials).

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
