About the Role
AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Drainage Operations & Maintenance Advisor to lead reporting and performance management for drainage operations. The role involves advising on asset management, risk management, and KPI development.

Responsibilities
- Participate in building and design of a comprehensive reporting mechanism across the corporate to cover all external and internal reporting and dashboard requirements for Operations in Assets affairs including drainage operations and maintenance
- Play the lead role in ensuring the Ashghal Vision and Values becomes part of the culture of the Drainage Networks Operations and Maintenance Department
- Provide an ongoing review of objectives, Risks, KPIs and take actions for development and improvement
- Ensure that the Department's plans and performance are within the approved budget and timescales by reviewing progress reports
- Ensure that highest standards of professional conduct, ethics and integrity are maintained
- Advise and support the technical office manager by providing expert technical, strategic and operational advice on all aspects of Asset management (Drainage)
- Advise on improvements on risk management, operational output and performance to achieve organization strategic goals related to drainage assets
- Represent technical office manager in Assets meeting related to (Drainage) issues with technical experts with internal and external stakeholders
- Support in building complete KPIs for Operations and assets management (Drainage)
- Review and advice technical office manager for issues related to Assets Affairs and handover process and support decision making process within technical office
Requirements
- University degree from a recognised university in an appropriate field such as Engineering or Business or equivalent
- Chartered status or Professional License from internationally recognized professional institutions or organizations
- Minimum of 20 years postgraduate experience with experience in major infrastructure projects or programmes
- Preference will be given to roads, aviation, structures or rail related experience, 15 years in similar position, and 5 years in Qatar and / or the Gulf region
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in English
- Strong problem solving skills, relationship management and communication skills
- Deep understanding of Operations performance in Drainage Operations and maintenance
- Knowledge in building enterprise dashboard solutions
- Knowledge in Assets operations solutions such as (Maximo and SAP plan maintenance) on enterprise level
- Basic understanding of quality, risks and HSE

Overview

Your role
