The role supports engineering and design teams by preparing accurate technical drawings and documentation for engineering projects.
The position is suited to fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of drafting experience.
Work Location
- The work location is Dubai, UAE, and the role is performed in person.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare 2D drawings and models using MicroStation DGN and AutoCAD.
- Convert conceptual sketches and designs into precise technical drawings.
- Support senior engineers and designers with layouts, general arrangement drawings, and detailed drawings.
- Maintain drawing records and comply with company standards.
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate and timely drawing delivery.
- Update and revise drawings based on engineering inputs and project requirements.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma, B.E., B.Tech, or equivalent qualification in civil, mechanical, structural, or a related field.
- The posting states both acceptance of up to 2 years of drafting experience and a minimum requirement of 2 years as a Draftsperson.
- Proficiency in MicroStation DGN and AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in drafting are required.
- Good communication and teamwork skills are required.
- Ability to learn and adapt to new design standards and project requirements is required.
