Job Summary
Manage, control, and maintain project documentation for accurate, traceable, and compliant project execution.
Support project teams by maintaining documentation in line with company and client requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage project documents, records, and technical files in electronic and physical formats.
- Maintain traceability and audit readiness of project documentation.
- Implement document-control procedures aligned with company and project requirements.
- Handle correspondence, drawings, submittals, RFIs, method statements, and material submissions.
- Prepare, track, and manage WIRs and MIRs through approval and closure.
- Maintain registers and logs for drawings, submittals, RFIs, WIR/MIR items, and transmittals.
- Apply document numbering, version control, and approval-status stamps.
- Coordinate submissions and approvals with project stakeholders.
- Prepare handover documentation for project closeout.
- Archive documents confidentially and report on document status and pending approvals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Administration, Business, Engineering Support, or a related field.
- 2–3 years of Document Controller experience in construction or signage/manufacturing sectors.
