Overview
- Create and modify detailed technical drawings of architectural, structural, mechanical, or electrical systems using CAD software, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications and industry standards.
- Conduct thorough site visits to verify existing conditions and accurately document as-built conditions, including measurements, dimensions, and any deviations from original designs.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and contractors to gather necessary information, clarify design details, and resolve any discrepancies found during the as-built process.
- Update and maintain as-built drawings throughout the construction phase, incorporating changes, revisions, and field modifications to reflect the final built environment.
