About the Role
The Documentation & Analysis Coordinator analyzes business requirements, documents software processes, and creates communication between clients and technical teams.
The role bridges clients, business teams, project managers, developers, designers, QA engineers, and DevOps teams.
The position converts business ideas into structured technical documents and actionable requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements through discovery sessions with clients and internal teams.
- Create and maintain BRDs, FRDs, SRS documents, user stories, acceptance criteria, process documentation, workflows, and system documentation.
- Analyze workflows, identify improvement opportunities, and convert requirements into instructions for development teams.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, development, QA, and DevOps teams to clarify features and align delivery with documented requirements.
