Role Overview
The Client Growth Coordinator is responsible for business development and sales across UAE and international markets.
The role identifies prospects, generates qualified leads, understands client requirements, coordinates with technical teams, and converts opportunities into projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities and research potential clients, industries, companies, and decision-makers.
- Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, email, cold calling, networking, referrals, and online platforms.
- Introduce technology solutions, conduct discovery calls, and understand business and technical requirements.
- Present suitable services and coordinate proposals, quotations, and project estimates with technical teams.
- Manage prospects through the sales cycle, follow up regularly, negotiate terms, and support deal closures.
- Maintain CRM pipeline data and track leads, opportunities, conversion rates, and revenue.
