Position Overview
Assistant Vice President role serving as Product Owner for document digitization and unstructured-to-structured data solutions across Operations.
The role shapes and delivers products that convert emails, PDFs, trade documents, and client communications into structured data embedded in operational workflows.
The position partners with Operations and Technology teams to deliver scalable AI, automation, and data solutions that improve efficiency, controls, and client experience.
Product Ownership and Strategy
- Own the product vision, roadmap, and backlog for document digitization and data extraction solutions.
- Define product strategy and prioritize features based on value, feasibility, and measurable business outcomes.
- Translate business problems into product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Operations Engagement
- Identify high-value unstructured-data use cases across global Operations teams.
- Diagnose pain points in onboarding, trade lifecycle, reconciliations, and client servicing workflows.
- Lead discovery, define success criteria, and provide accountability between Operations and transformation teams.
