About the Role
Seattle International Services is seeking a Document Controller to manage LPOs, LOAs, CICPA applications, contracts, and vendor records. Requires 2-3 years of experience in document control, preferably in oil & gas or regulated environments.

- Maintain and update document registers for LPOs, LOAs, CICPA applications, contracts, transport documentation, and vendor records
- Manage the lifecycle of vendor contracts, amendments, renewals, and associated correspondence
- Prepare, submit, track, and update CICPA pass applications, renewals, and security documentation for personnel, vehicles, and contractors
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Documentation Management, or related field
- Strong knowledge of document control workflows for LPO, LOA, and contract documentation
- Experience handling CICPA applications and security documentation is highly preferred
- Previous experience within ADNOC Group companies or UAE oil & gas sector
- 2 3 years of experience as a Document Controller, preferably in oil & gas, logistics, or government/security regulated environments
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

Qualifications & Skills Required
